I have MIA from LHCF. I have missed you guys. I wasn’t doing much to my hair. I really just felt overwhelmed between life(dh, dk, work, etc…) So I put me on the back burner. I cowashed 1 - 2 times a month and through on a half wig. I didn’t dc much at all in the last 6 or so months. I didn’t visit LHCF much at all. But I have come back. I could not stay away for long. So I was rinsing my hair in the shower and I noticed the back of my hair is at least APL and the front, crown and sides ...

I became overwhelmed...my life just got in the way...raising a teenaged daughter,career change etc. the next thing I knew it had been about 2 years.

Anyway, since December 2009 I've used heat 1 time....it's been wash & go all the way since I visited the Mixed Chicks web site. Although their leave in was pricey it got the job done. It costs approx. $20 for 10 fl. oz. and $50 for 33 fl. oz.

However, quite by accident I discovered a much cheaper substitute, ...

   2. can wear cool nail designs to work
6. Can do celebrity make up and become BFFs with the stars
