Paid subscription twice

beverly My subscription was debited last week but I was not able to access the entire forum and had to pay twice. I have submitted a ticket already. Please refund one of the payments. I see this is a problem for several members.

Wow beverly, this happened to me as well. I need one reversed also. One was taken Feb 6th and one on the 7th. Where do I submit the ticket?
