First of all apologies to those that have had issues with their accounts and have not had a response yet from the ticket system. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to attend to them for a few weeks.

I am catching up however and adjusting every account accordingly. Some of you have already contacted Beverly and had your issues resolved which is great. I am working on the outstanding tickets this week so as to address everyone's concerns or issues with their accounts.
