Where can I find Angela's dress?

My 30th Bday is coming up :perplexed and I need a dress for my party on the 6th. I can't find anything in the stores :wallbash: I bought a BCBG dress and took it back after my SO said it didn't look special enough.

Anyway, my friends are throwing me a party in a club, so I need something sexy/sophisticated. Check out this link of Angela Simmons at a party (the one on the right). Do you think the dress is cute? Have you seen anything online or in stores close to it?

Yeah Angela is the one on the right(leopard print top). I don't think it is a dress. Its a top paired with a Herve Ledger bandage skirt (Rihanna and Cassie wore a similar look two weeks ago). The skirt is like $ 500 - $600.
