Not sure about the off the shoulder part, but I know that forever 21 & Charlotte Russe have quite a few sweater dresses. Ya-Ya has a sweater dress at Neiman's, it's a bit pricey, $395.00.

OT: that chick behind her is REALLY making me want bangs this winter.
