I'm doing not so good- On sunday I had a cup of ricce, yesterday I had pasta- I'm PMsing big time so that's my excuse- I'll start below 20 carbs again after my periods-

I still feel better ladies- Wow what a difference 20lbs make- I'm wearing pants I couldn't fit in last year-

hey y'all,
i know i'm late but i would like to join the challenge. I need to lose at least 40 lbs. i've done the low-carb thing off and on for a while, but my problem lies int he fact that i lose weight pretty quickly. because of that, i'll completely binge for a few days then diet for a few. hopefully, joining y'all will keep me motivated. thanx.

which brand of b-complex and biotin are you using for the energy and the weight loss? God bless you all.

Hi ladies-
I was a really bad girl this weekend- I gobbled down 2 boxes of thin mints(almond) I had pasta for lunch on sunday and a sandwich- most of this bad eating comes from the fact that I didn't prepare and had nothing to eat in the fridge-
I went shopping last nite and I'm back at 20 carbs and below this week- My goal is to stay at 20 carbs for 28 days until my period again- I'm down 20lbs, so It would be really good if i can take down another 10 this month-

Ladies- I'm looking so good it's scary....
Anyone wants to be my walking buddy in greenbelt MD- maybe 2- 3 times a week ok maybe just once

I'm in... After Dallas, I need to start over from induction. Well - I don't have to I could just get back on track, I did so good for six months and then the last 2 weeks, cake sweets. WOW not good.

Anyway I bought that Dreamfields Pasta and it is low carb heaven - I was scared to try it cause the other Atkins stuff taste like card board, But this is really good. I can have mac and cheese again. TRYING TO REMEMBER THAT A SERVING SIZE IS ONLY 1/2 CUP http://www.longhaircareforum.com/images/graemlins/mad.gif

I guess we all fell off the wagon at the same time. I have been so rushed for time this week that I havent packed my lunch and my car is in the shop so I have either been driving my moms or she has been dropping me off. Lets just say for 3 days in a row I have been eating out of vending machines and I've had pringles and pretzels for breakfast. http://www.longhaircareforum.com/images/graemlins/frown.gif I know...bad gurl. I'm not really feeling motivated but this is my fault because I knew in the beginning that when the stress hits if I didnt have my menus planned I wouldnt stick with it and I never set aside the time to do my menus. I have a hard time keeping my enthusiasm up when things dont go as I've planned. What do you guys do when you lose your motivation?

I hope you guys are still sticking with this. I have had some issues lately and fell completely off and under the bandwagon but I plan to start again soon.

oka I'm back and in full swing- Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome Denali!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, if you're doing Atkins induction you shouldn't have the subway wraps until you're in phase 2-

Okay, so I made squash soup last weekend and had that for lunch everyday or a chicken ceasar salad-
I bought hood carb milk today and the Atkins vanilla shake mix along with some fresh strawberries(they were on sale)-I also got some low carb tortilla-
I'lll probably make my meals out of that until I'm tired of them.
I'm staying away from the scale.

Chanou, what does the milk taste like? I've seen advertisements but I've been scared to try it.

It taste like heavy cream with a thicker consistency. I wouldn't drink it alone, but it tastes great with other stuff- It's a great consistency for milkshake-
